At Tianjin Wamshin Dekor, we understand that for wholesale buyers and retailers, consistent quality is the foundation of your brand reputation. We don't just talk about quality; we quantify it using international AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards.

What AQL Standards Do We Follow?

We strictly implement the ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Standard (equivalent to ISO 2859-1). For most orders, unless otherwise specified by the client, we adopt the industry 'Gold Standard' for inspection:

  • Inspection Level: General Inspection Level II
  • Major Defects (AQL 2.5): Structural issues, wrong dimensions, or visible damage (e.g., broken glass, open corners).
  • Minor Defects (AQL 4.0): Slight imperfections not visible at arm's length (e.g., minor scratches on the backboard).
  • Critical Defects (AQL 0): Zero tolerance for safety hazards (e.g., mold, sharp edges, prohibited chemicals).

Our 4-Stage Quality Control Workflow

Our quality assurance goes beyond the final random inspection. We monitor every stage of the photo frame manufacturing process:

  1. 1. IQC (Incoming Quality Control):
    We inspect all raw materials (MDF, solid wood, PS molding, glass, and hardware) before they enter our warehouse to ensure the foundation is perfect.
  2. 2. IPQC (In-Process Quality Control):
    During production, we check critical points such as mitre cut precision, corner joining strength, and coating adhesion to prevent defects early.
  3. 3. FQC (Final Quality Control):
    Every finished frame is checked for cleanliness, assembly, and packaging integrity before being boxed.
  4. 4. OQC (Outgoing Quality Control):
    Before shipment, we perform the final random sampling based on the AQL table to ensure the batch meets your specifications.
